PJ Solar provides mobile solar panel cleaning and bird proofing by appointment in selected Arizona and Nevada communities. Tell us your city and the work you need so we can confirm scheduling, the inspection process and applicable travel charges before you book.
Arizona: Lake Havasu City, Bullhead City and Fort Mohave
Our Arizona focus is Lake Havasu City, Bullhead City and Fort Mohave. We also welcome Yuma service requests by arrangement. Yuma visits require advance confirmation of availability and travel costs; contact PJ with your location and requested scope.
Nevada: Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Pahrump and Laughlin
PJ Solar covers Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Pahrump and Laughlin. PJ has made service trips to Pahrump on several occasions. All visits are scheduled by appointment, with access arrangements and travel charges confirmed before booking.
Choose the service your system needs
For dirty panel glass, ask about solar panel cleaning with DI water only. If pigeons are entering underneath the panels, request a bird-proofing assessment covering the array perimeter, roof contours, existing mesh and cleanup needs. For leaves and pine needles, ask about Solar Barrier Protection and ongoing debris maintenance.
Planning a visit across the service region
Send your city, panel count if known, roof type and a description of the issue. Mention nesting sounds, droppings, visible gaps in mesh or recent roof work. Photos taken safely from the ground are useful. If you are coordinating remotely, arrange property access and a contact for the appointment in advance.
Cleaning prices and bird-proofing quotes
Standard cleaning is $150 for 1–15 panels and $10 per panel for systems above 15 panels. Heavy buildup, overspray removal and applicable travel are quoted separately. Bird-proofing prices require an on-site inspection because the roof, array layout, access and cleanup scope differ from home to home.
Schedule cleaning and barrier inspections separately
PJ recommends cleaning about every six months, adjusted to the conditions at your property. Annual cleaning and inspection are required to maintain PJ Solar’s five-year bird-proofing labor warranty. When you book, say whether you need panel cleaning, a barrier inspection or both. Let us know if another contractor has disturbed the mesh.
