Solar Panel Cleaning & Bird Proofing in Bakersfield

Looking for solar panel cleaning in Bakersfield, CA? PJ Solar provides professional solar panel cleaning using purified deionized (DI) water, as well as solar panel bird proofing and inspections, by appointment throughout Bakersfield and nearby Kern County communities. We help homeowners address windblown dust, bird droppings, and buildup that rain alone may not remove. PJ Solar provides mobile service in Bakersfield by appointment. Arrange panel cleaning, an inspection of an existing bird barrier or an assessment of pigeons nesting under your array. Tell us which task you need so the visit covers more than just the visible glass.

If your panels face recurring dust or nearby agricultural activity, describe how quickly the buildup returns and when they were last cleaned. PJ uses DI water only on panel glass. About every six months is our starting cleaning recommendation, adjusted to your site conditions and the manufacturer’s care instructions.

For existing PJ customers, annual cleaning and inspection are required to maintain the five-year bird-proofing labor warranty. Bring your last service date and mention any roof repairs, added panels or contractor work that could have disturbed the mesh. A cleaning appointment should explicitly include the barrier inspection when that is needed.

Birds entering under panels, nesting sounds and droppings along the roof are reasons to request an assessment. We inspect the perimeter, roof contours and access, then explain the cleanup and installation scope. PJ uses Bird-B-Gone mesh and clips. Existing mesh may need attention if corners have lifted or gaps have opened.
