Solar Panel Bird Proofing in Costa Mesa
PJ Solar Cleaning & Bird Proofing offers solar panel pigeon exclusion, protective mesh installation and professional solar panel cleaning in Costa Mesa, California, by appointment. If pigeons are nesting beneath your rooftop solar panels, the gap under the array may collect droppings, feathers and nesting material.
How We Help Stop Pigeons From Nesting Under Solar Panels
We assess the accessible panel perimeter and install purpose-made Bird-B-Gone mesh and clips to help block bird entry beneath the array. The design should preserve panel ventilation and roof drainage. Where cleanup is needed, we assess nesting debris and access conditions before preparing a scope of work.
Solar Panel Cleaning in Costa Mesa
Our solar panel cleaning uses purified deionized water rather than harsh chemical detergents. Bird droppings, windblown dirt and stubborn surface buildup can remain even after rain. Cleaning recommendations depend on site conditions and your equipment manufacturer’s instructions.
How Much Does Solar Panel Bird Proofing Cost?
Costs depend on the exposed perimeter in linear feet, the number of separate array sections, roof access, barrier materials and any cleanup needed. Request a quote based on your actual system layout rather than a one-size-fits-all panel count.
