PJ Solar Cleaning & Bird Proofing serves Fallbrook homeowners who need solar panel pigeon exclusion, protective mesh and solar glass cleaning. We have performed bird-proofing work in Fallbrook and understand that no two roof layouts require exactly the same mesh measurements or cleanup approach.
Pigeon Problems Under Solar Panels in Fallbrook
Pigeons can settle beneath solar arrays and leave droppings, feathers and nesting material in roof-level gaps. Nearby trees may also contribute leaves and other debris around the panels. We assess the exposed perimeter of the solar array and use Bird-B-Gone mesh and clips to help prevent birds from entering beneath it.
Solar Panel Cleaning and Leaf Debris
Our cleaning process uses purified deionized water, with service recommendations tailored to visible buildup, bird activity and site conditions. We can also assess accessible leaf or nesting debris around the panels. If wiring appears compromised, homeowners should arrange inspection by a qualified solar electrical professional.
Why Mesh Installation Details Matter
Properly fitted mesh should help close bird entry points without impairing drainage or ventilation. The quote depends on linear feet, array configuration, roof access and whether prior nesting activity calls for cleanup. Our five-year bird-proofing labor warranty requires annual cleaning and inspection by PJ Solar.
Tree Debris, Pine Needles and Solar Array Maintenance
Fallbrook properties with nearby trees may accumulate leaves, pine needles and other dry material around rooftop solar arrays. This buildup warrants attention because dry debris can contribute to fire risk, particularly where electrical faults or other ignition sources are present. PJ Solar assesses accessible debris and exposed panel edges, then recommends Bird-B-Gone mesh protection, cleanup and periodic inspections as appropriate.
